Service Agreement

By booking services with Wedding Variety Pros, you agree to the following terms and conditions governing our professional bridal beauty services.

Booking and Payment

All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service cost. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the wedding date will receive a full refund minus the booking fee. Cancellations within 30 days are subject to the full service charge.

Service Guarantee

We guarantee professional, high-quality beauty services. If you're not satisfied with your trial session, we'll work with you to adjust the look at no additional charge.

Liability

Wedding Variety Pros maintains professional liability insurance. Clients with known allergies or skin sensitivities must inform us prior to service.

Photography Release

By using our services, you grant permission for Wedding Variety Pros to use photos of our work for marketing purposes, unless you specifically opt out in writing.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.
